PUBLIC SECTOR

InterPlex has government contracts that provide all levels of the government with a simple and streamlined way of contracting InterPlex to perform work. These contracts are described below.

FOCUS Contract

The Fast Open Contracts Utilization Services (FOCUS) contract is a multi-jurisdictional government contract awarded by the County of Merced, California that enables InterPlex to do business with over 60,000 government agencies in California and with any other government agency in the U.S. In practice, this means that any federal, state, county, city, school, or special district public jurisdiction may purchase products and services directly from InterPlex without the requirement of a competitive bid. Acquiring InterPlex’s technology is therefore simple; a purchase can be made once a contract is signed. More details can be found at the County of Merced’s web site.

CMAS Contract

The California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) program offers government agencies a quick and convenient way to choose products, services, or technology using the State’s master contract. This allows the agencies to place orders directly with vendors for more timely service, without having to go through competitive bid, thereby, offering shorter lead-time for implementation. The speed of InterPlex’s approval for CMAS has facilitated InterPlex’s ability to work with organizations such as the California Department of Human Services. WA Office of State Procurement Contract #32100

InterPlex is a pre-qualified vendor for the State of Washington Information Technology Services Primary Agreement Program. Under this arrangement, members of the Washington State Purchasing Cooperative (WSPC) including State agencies, participating political subdivisions of Washington State, qualified non-profit corporations, and participating institutions of higher education (college and universities, community and technical colleges) have access to a pool of pre-qualified vendors to provide high quality information technology services. To be eligible, agencies must complete a customer training program offered by the Office of State Procurement (OSP). More details can be found at the Office of State Procurement website.
