THE COMPANY

InterPlex International, LLC (InterPlex) is based in Carson City, Nevada and was founded in 2002 as a technology integration company specializing in software integration. Since this time InterPlex has designed and delivered tailored business solutions to clients, enabling them to leverage their data for maximum productivity, and to provide them with a position of strength and flexibility in the market place.

These business solutions are available to all companies from small to large, and make use of off-the-shelf development tools and applications that improve access to a company’s information. InterPlex’s professional prowess is not constrained by any particular product or application. Instead, InterPlex understands how to weave together a broad range of software technologies to reflect a company’s business processes and providing clients with the tools to do business more effectively.

InterPlex’s tools are one of the many positive outcomes from the Dot Com Boom. Since the crash of 2000, companies have been working on reducing costs and improving efficiency. Software tools that were previously only available in prohibitively expensive enterprise software solutions had trickled down to the small-medium enterprise (SME) level by late 2001/early 2002. Hence, InterPlex’s success in providing tailored business solutions to SME. However, it was evident to InterPlex’s management that these tools alone would not provide the total solution to companies over the coming years.

In 2002 it became apparent that the flow of information in business was dramatically changing. Not only was business gaining access to a wide range of information from disparate sources through the Internet, but computers, and hence the people using them, were becoming less physically constrained by the data connection. Computers were becoming wirelessly connected, and a cloud of wireless connectivity was starting to form. It was this cloud of wireless connectivity that would be the other primary ingredient to InterPlex’s total solution package, and why InterPlex is now positioning itself as a communication integration company.
